• you can complete the application correctly and completely;
• you will attach documents relevant to your case;
• you will make an appointment at the office to submit documents and give your fingerprints;
• at any time and from anywhere you can check the status of your case.

After creating an account in inPOL, you will gain access to the archive of documents that have been collected in your case, including those that the Office sent to you during the proceedings. If you provided your e-mail address and telephone number when registering your account, you will be informed about it each time the Office sends you a request via SMS and e-mail.

We encourage you to use the Foreigner Portal inPOL, the functionality of which allows you to shorten the implementation time of procedures in the Department of Foreigners.
