Seminaria Warszawskie są wydarzeniem poświęconym prawom człowieka, organizowanym corocznie przez Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych we współpracy z instytucjami krajowymi i zagranicznymi. Stanowią one międzynarodowe forum dyskusji i wymiany doświadczeń na tematy związane z Konwencją o ochronie praw człowieka i podstawowych wolności oraz orzecznictwem Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka. Są sposobem na rozpowszechnianie standardów ochrony praw człowieka. Stanowią też źródło inspiracji dla działań mających na celu lepsze przestrzeganie tych standardów. Z wybranych seminariów dostępne są dwujęzyczne publikacje.

Pod tym linkiem oraz poniżej znajduje się informacja dotycząca przetwarzania danych osobowych przez Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych w związku z organizacją XVII Warszawskiego Seminarium Praw Człowieka - w celu organizacji oraz rejestracji i udziału w konferencji, a także w celu zapewnienia obsługi medialnej konferencji oraz przygotowania publikacji pokonferencyjnej. Informacja ta stanowi wykonanie obowiązku określonego w art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE, zwanego dalej „RODO”.

Warsaw Seminars are a human rights event organised annually by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland in cooperation with domestic and international institutions. They provide an international forum for discussion and exchange of experience on issues related to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights. They serve as a means of promoting standards of human rights protection and as a source of inspiration for initiatives aimed at improving compliance with those standards. Under this link and below you will find information on the processing of personal data by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland in connection with the organisation of the 17th Warsaw Human Rights Seminar, for the purposes of: organising the event, registering participants for and facilitating their participation in the conference, providing media coverage of the conference, and preparing the post-conference publication. This information ensures compliance with the obligation laid down in Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR".
