The Agreement is based on international standards in force in the field of social security,
i.e. on the principle of equal treatment, the principle of aggregation of insurance periods and the principle of retaining acquired rights (transfer of benefits).

The material scope of the Agreement includes: unemployment benefits, sickness and maternity cash benefits, pensions (old-age pensions, invalidity pensions, survivor’s pensions), benefits in respect of accidents at work and occupational diseases and death grants.
