E-family 500 plus

Parents and carers will be able to apply for the ‘Family 500 plus’ also through electronic banking. 18 banks have joined the programme.

 

It will be possible to submit application for child benefit through 18 banks. Today, representatives of banks signed a letter of intent on the matter.

 

“Today, representatives of banking institutions joined the social and pro-demographic programme. There are more and more friends of ‘Family 500 plus’ in different environments. I want to thank the business world for actively participating in the implementation of this programme. It is thanks to ‘Family 500 plus’ that the social responsibility of business is born,” said Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Beata Szydło.

 

A parent or carer will be able to submit application for the ‘Family 500 plus’ benefit through the Internet service of own bank. The role of the bank in this process is to make the application available and send it to the competent authority of the commune.

 

“We would like to make the submission of the application for child benefit as simple as possible for parents and carers. Opening of another path, i.e. e-banking, is a new quality in communication with citizens. I want to thank all the banks which joined our programme and support Polish families,” said Elżbieta Rafalska, Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
