01.02.2017

The pro-family policy implemented by the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Catholic Church was one of the main issues discussed at the meeting of the Joint Committee of Representatives of the Polish Government and the Polish Episcopal Conference.

Minister Elżbieta Rafalska participated in it. The meeting was held on 1 February this year.

“What connects us is that we see the family as the highest social value,” Minister Rafalska said.“Support for families, from their youngest members, facilitating parents to reconcile work with raising children, and seniority policy are the most important task of my Ministry.”

The pro-family policy is a priority in activities of both the state and the Church. Participants of the meeting discussed the methods of its successful implementation.
