13.07.2017

The Manifesto of the Future of Work was announced during the annual Lewiatan Summer Meeting, which took place on 13 July this year.

The meeting was attended by Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy, Elżbieta Rafalska, who in her speech drew attention to the challenges of, inter alia, the labour market, demographic processes and the economic
well-being of employees.

“Demography and migration are some of the factors and changes affecting the future of work. We have to fight the phenomenon of the so-called working poor,” Minister Elżbieta Rafalska said. “We have to remember that the situation on the labour market will not remain good for ever. We need to be prepared for changes,” the Minister of Family added.
