At the European forum on Polish family policy

25.05.2017

On 25 May 2017, Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy, Elżbieta Rafalska, took part in the second Budapest Demographic Forum.

She went there at the invitation of Zoltán Balog, Minister of Human Resources of Hungary, who was a guest in the MFLSP on 19 May.

The conference is an opportunity for European politicians, representatives of the scholarly community and non-governmental organisations to discuss issues related to demographic processes and to draw up a road map of possible solutions.

For Poland, it is an opportunity to present own policy in this area and gain experience in demographic challenges and measures to improve the situation of families.

The presentation of Minister Rafalska, devoted to family policy in Poland, including in particular the “Family 500+” programme, was scheduled in the session on presentations of national experiences.
