21.04.2017

On 21 April 2017, Stanisław Szwed, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, met with the working group on long-term unemployment, functioning within the network of the European Public Employment Services.

Since June 2016, Poland has chaired this group, and representatives of Spain, Bulgaria, Slovakia and the European Commission participate in its work.

The purpose of the meeting was to prepare a proposal of monitoring the implementation of the Council Recommendation of 15 February 2016 on the integration of the long-term unemployed into the labour market by public employment services.
