Toddler+ programme is a form of funding to local governments and private entities devoted to establishing and functioning of childcare facilities for children under the age of 3. In this year's edition of the programme funds have been three-fold higher - up to PLN 450 million. Municipalities, in which there are no such institutions, received a guarantee of financing 80% of the cost of building a nursery or children's club.
