The Codification Commission ends its work

Chairman of the Commission, Marcin Zieleniecki, the Deputy State Secretary, Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy announced during the press briefing that Codification Commission of Labour Law passed the resolution on adopting two legislations: Labour Code and Collective Labour Law Code.

The Deputy Secretary pointed out that the current Labour Code is over 40 years old and has been revised several Times. And added that it is an archaic and criticized document.

Zieleniecki stressed that the draft codes are not the draft laws. And that labour law experts worked very hard for 18 months offering their draft proposals, said Zieleniecki
